GOV.MV Message is an official digital service for citizen to government communication. It enables citizens and residents to electronically communicate with government agencies. Citizens can submit their requests, concerns and complaints officially through this system. It also allows for sharing of sensitive information as confidential communication to government agencies.
This service requires a verified eFaas to authenticate the user. eFaas is the single sign-on digital identity used to authenticate users to many government online services.
