Maldivians in distress overseas can seek 24 hours consular assistance.
The Consular Services Department can be reached during office hours (0800 hrs to 1400 hrs) on the following numbers.
After work hours and on public holidays – emergency cases will be attended to by a Duty Officer on Ministry's Hotline number.
